VAC Safety Statement

NeuroDirector is designed as a server-side SourceMod plugin and website package.

Important Accuracy Note

No third-party project can provide an official 100% VAC guarantee. Only Valve controls VAC enforcement and policy updates.

NeuroDirector is distributed as a server-side mod workflow (no client memory injector, no client DLL patcher, no external cheat loader). This is the expected VAC-safe pattern for SourceMod servers, but it is still not an official Valve certification.

Certificate ID: ND-VAC-COMPAT-2026-02-15

Status: VAC Compatibility Target: PASS (Server-Side Pattern)

Scope: NeuroDirector website releases + SourceMod plugin distribution package.

Limit: Not an official Valve certificate. Re-validation is required after each major update.

Before You Update (Checklist)

Use only SourceMod plugin `.smx` files from the official NeuroDirector release page.
Do not ship custom client DLL injectors or memory patch tools with your server package.
Keep MetaMod/SourceMod updated and remove unknown binary addons.
Verify loaded plugins with sm plugins list before going public.
Run sm_neuro_version after update to confirm expected runtime build.
